Nest Homes are a family run business established in 2020 with a vision to provide people with the much sought after quality housing that North Wales needs.
We are very passionate about property and creating safe, comfortable and modern living spaces is our core strategy. We buy properties and refurbish them with the view to either hold them within our portfolio or sell them as flips.

A portfolio acquisition of 6 blocks comprising 29 tenanted flats, purchased from a retiring landlord and retained within our growing North Wales rental portfolio
Project Merlin
A block of 5 leasehold flats purchased from receivers, with freehold separately negotiated and acquired — refurbished and refinanced into our rental portfolio
Project Albatross
A freehold block of 6 flats acquired from the Crown Estate and receivers, fully refurbished and refinanced into our rental portfolio
Project Waxwing
A 4-bedroom end terrace purchased pre-auction, fully refurbished including roof replacement and leased to a housing provider for vulnerable families
Project Dove
A 5-bedroom end terraced house purchased on market, lightly refurbished and leased to a housing provider for vulnerable families
Project Starling
A freehold block of 4 flats acquired prior to market, partially refurbished, asset managed to market rents and refinanced into our rental portfolio
Project Egret
A freehold block of 3 x 2-bed flats purchased on market, asset managed to market rents and refinanced into our rental portfolio
Project Kingfisher
A large 3 bed detached bungalow, sat in a quarter of an acre of land, purchased off market and flipped to a residential buyer
Project Finch
A tired and dated 2 bed end terrace property purchased as ex housing association stock, we then renovated and sold to a first time buyer
Project Kestrel
A creative purchase with delayed completion, this had a full scheme of refurbishment and was then sold to an investor once tenanted
